Bravoleum at the presentation of the 2020 Michelin Guide

On Wednesday, the 110th Edition of the Gala of the Michelin Guide of Spain and Portugal took place at the Lope de Vega Theater in Seville, an event organized for the second time in Andalusia and which has been attended by the Aoves 'Jaén Selección 2019' , Which hand in hand with the Provincial Council of Jaén, have shone with their own light among the most outstanding professionals of the restoration and gastronomy of these countries.

This year, the Michelin Guide collects in total, 11 restaurants with three stars (a new one), 36 with two stars (six new ones), 194 with a star (23 new ones) and 302 bib gourmand (56 new ones).

In this edition, Andalusia has come up with three restaurants with two stars, Noor, in Córdoba; Skine, in Marbella and Bordal, in Ronda, and two more with a star, such as Dama Juana de Jaén and Mantúa, in Jerez de la Frontera.

Currently, the Michelin Guide has 11 Spanish restaurants that have 3 Michelin stars, another 29 with two stars and 174 with one star.

These results and thanks to the effort of these restaurants, has made Spain now top the list with more stars of this class.

The last edition had 253 and now gets 268 that will appear in the new 2020 guide.
