It is an extra virgin olive oil of picual variety and superior category. An aove obtained by cold extraction directly from olives and only by mechanical methods. It presents aromas of grass, apple and almond, with important notes of olive leaf, tomato and artichoke to a lesser extent. The palate is an oil with a medium bitterness and a slightly more intense and pleasant spiciness that makes it an ideal product for daily consumption in raw, as well as for cooking.
