Today we talk about the good presence of Bravoleum in Mexico, more specifically, in the association Les Toques Blanches A.C., which has been able to verify the quality of our Aoves.
Les Toques Blanches A.C. is an Association of Chefs International, established in Mexico City in 1988, with world headquarters in Paris since 1980.
Its main objective is to promote, disseminate and update the gastronomy, hospitality and tourism professionals of Mexico around the world. The advice of Toques Blanches is supported by the experience and prestige of its Founding Chefs.
Chef Michel Fournier, Founding Partner of Toques Blanches in 1988 in Mexico, arrives in 2003 at the University of the Caribbean as Chef Instructor and Regional President of the Southeast Zone of Toques Blanches and begins his work entering the hotel branch of Cancun. There he manages to join Chefs and renowned people to the Association, thus strengthening the presence of Toques Blanches in the Mexican Caribbean.
For the achievements obtained, he becomes National President of the Association and later, acquires the great commitment to join Latin American Chefs, having the title of Continental President of the Americas. Since January 2010, it has its Continental headquarters at the Universidad del Caribe in the city of Cancún.
