Extra Virgin Olive Oil that is obtained from November, after harvesting the olives for the premium EVOO. Therefore, this is a kind of oil that has been produced with riper oils which provide it with a slight fruitiness but equally superb.
It is a juice with a ripe fruitiness predominating in the aroma the hints of tomato, ripe fruite and green olive leaf.
When entering the palate it is sweet with a slight bitterness and purgency a bit more intense which accompanies it, making it a very balanced and pleasant juice.
